How long will it take before I receive my items?

Unless otherwise chosen, shipping is 5-7 business days. No weekends or holidays. Usually, the item is shipped between 1-3 days, but we have a standard shipping time of 5-7 days, due to volumes of orders coming in. 

Will I receive a Tracking number?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail associated with your order to track it.

Where are my items being shipped from?

The items are being shipped directly from Majestic Designs in Starkville, Mississippi. 

How can I get a refund or exchange for my item?

Due to COVID-19, Majestic Designs does not accept returns. There will be no refunds. However, if your items are delivered damaged, you can request a refund with proof of damage. Email us at tammiettubbs@yahoo.com with your issue to discuss refund due to damage items.

Majestic Designs is not responsible for orders lost in the mail due to incorrect shipping information.
